Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the sabun69 Platform at any given time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, email address, mobile number, and Malaysian residential address. sabun69 relies on this information for KYC verification, payment processing, and account security purposes.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, sabun69 requires Players to complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit a legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must notify sabun69 immediately via our support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. sabun69 accepts no liability for losses arising from Player negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
sabun69 supports a range of Malaysian-native payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and FPX methods. Minimum amounts for other payment channels are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
Cryptocurrency Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and credited in MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt on-chain. A 2% crypto deposit bonus (capped at MYR 688 per transaction) may be applied subject to applicable promotional terms and wagering requirements.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's Account must be KYC verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the daily or monthly limit applicable to the Player's Account tier; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
sabun69 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) within 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours during standard banking hours. sabun69 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional cases.
Dormant Accounts: An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. sabun69 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances, subject to prior notification.
All bets placed on the sabun69 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to placing any wager.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once the Platform issues a unique bet confirmation reference. sabun69 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or limit any wager without being required to provide a reason. This applies particularly in circumstances where there is evidence of odds manipulation, arbitrage activity, or suspected match-fixing.
Obvious Errors: In the event that odds, lines, or payouts are published on the Platform due to a manifest technical error, human error, or data feed failure, sabun69 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous prices and to refund stakes. Winnings generated from manifest errors are not payable.
Void Bets: sabun69 may void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, walkover, abandonment, suspected corruption of the event, or the occurrence of a market-voiding condition as specified in the applicable sport's betting rules.
Live / In-Play Betting: Odds on live markets are updated in real-time. sabun69 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for interruptions to live betting services caused by data feed delays, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
sabun69 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is set out in the relevant promotion details. Only Real Money Fund wagers contribute to meeting wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonus Abuse: sabun69 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and close any Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing coordinated opposing bets across accounts, using automated systems to exploit promotional mechanics, or any strategy the platform deems to be in bad faith.
Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the promotional validity period specified at the time of award will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sabun69 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
sabun69 employs advanced fraud detection systems. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, pending investigation. sabun69 reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, sabun69 reserves the right to void outstanding bets and forfeit the Account balance. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to Player breach (e.g., regulatory requirement), Real Money Fund balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting sabun69 support. Voluntary account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations owed to sabun69.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sabun69, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of sabun69's gaming licence.
