Our Story
We are a team of passionate betting industry professionals who built sabun69 with one clear purpose: to give Malaysian players an online sportsbook and live casino platform that genuinely earns their trust — every day.
Who We Are
sabun69 was founded by a group of Malaysian betting enthusiasts who grew frustrated with offshore platforms that treated Malaysian players as an afterthought — slow payouts, clunky interfaces, and zero local context. We decided to build something better.
From day one, sabun69 was designed specifically around how Malaysians actually bet. That means support for the payment methods already in your phone — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and every major local bank. It means odds priced for Liga Super Malaysia and the Malaysia Cup alongside the EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and UFC. It means customer service agents who understand the local context and respond in plain, natural English — not scripted replies from a timezone fourteen hours away.
The platform launched with a sportsbook at its core, covering football, basketball, tennis, esports, and more. Over time, we expanded into a full live casino suite — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slots from leading game providers — all accessible from the same sabun69 account. Whether you are placing a quick accumulator from Bangsar or grinding live dealer baccarat from Johor Bahru, the experience is consistent, fast, and reliable.
Today, sabun69 serves a growing community of serious Malaysian bettors across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond. We remain independently operated, privately funded, and completely focused on one market: Malaysia. That focus is our competitive advantage — and it is reflected in every product decision we make.
We operate under an international gaming licence framework and are subject to regular third-party compliance audits. All games are tested by independent RNG certification bodies. Responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — are built into the platform as core features, not tick-box afterthoughts. For players aged 21 and above only.
Unlike generic offshore platforms, sabun69 is built exclusively for the Malaysian market. MYR-native, English-language, and deeply familiar with what Malaysian bettors expect from a serious platform.
What Drives Us
Everything we build at sabun69 is guided by six core values that shape how we treat players, how we build the platform, and how we measure success.
We publish our terms clearly, process every payout as promised, and never hide fees in the fine print. What you see on sabun69 is what you get — no exceptions.
Fast deposits and fast withdrawals are not bonus features at sabun69 — they are the baseline expectation. E-wallet payouts in under 30 minutes is our standard, not our exception.
We genuinely believe that sustainable entertainment is better for everyone. Every sabun69 account comes with built-in tools to set limits, take breaks, and stay in control. For players 21+ only.
We are not chasing raw registration numbers. sabun69 is built for serious, long-term Malaysian bettors who value platform quality over short-term bonus hunting.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time fraud monitoring, and PCI-compliant payment processing protect every account and every transaction on sabun69.
We ship product updates regularly based on player feedback. From odds accuracy to mobile performance, if something can be better, we are already working on it.
Our Journey
From a focused sportsbook to a full-service online gaming platform — every milestone on this timeline reflects a deliberate decision to better serve Malaysian players.
We make the switch worthwhile. Transfer your betting history context, access your welcome offer, and get up to speed on sabun69 in minutes — not hours. Our support team will personally walk you through onboarding.
A small team of Malaysian betting professionals began designing a platform built from the ground up for local players — frustration with existing offshore options was the catalyst. The founding premise was simple: Malaysian bettors deserve better.
The sabun69 sportsbook launched with coverage of EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and UFC. Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX were integrated from day one — no bank transfer workarounds needed.
Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slots joined the sabun69 platform. Live dealer tables streamed in real-time with professional dealers brought the full casino experience directly to Malaysian players' screens.
In response to growing demand from tech-forward Malaysian bettors, sabun69 added cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal support — BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB — with a 2% deposit bonus as an incentive for crypto users.
sabun69 continues to grow its active player community across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur and Penang to Shah Alam and Johor Bahru. New sports markets, improved mobile performance, and expanded responsible gambling tools are in active development.
Our Promise
These are the specific commitments sabun69 makes to every player who chooses our platform. Not marketing copy — actual operational standards we hold ourselves to.
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) processed in under 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers within 2 hours during business hours.
No chatbots on the first contact. Every live chat session connects you with a real support agent who understands the sabun69 platform and the Malaysian context.
Your MYR stays as MYR throughout. No hidden conversion spreads, no phantom handling fees — every ringgit you deposit is the exact amount credited to your wallet.
Your personal data is used only for account management and KYC compliance. We do not sell or share player information with any third-party marketing entities.
